Throughout her career, Melissa has handled a broad range of probate issues, including complex estate administrations, will contests and conservatorship disputes. Her comprehensive knowledge of probate law is complemented by her empathy and professionalism, helping clients navigate sensitive situations with clarity and compassion.
Melissa has managed numerous estates and successfully resolved even the most intricate probate challenges through detailed legal analysis, strategic planning and effective collaboration with beneficiaries, heirs and other stakeholders. She is particularly skilled at identifying potential issues early in the process, allowing her to implement proactive, customized solutions that protect her clients’ interests.

Before attending law school, Melissa worked as an assistant clerk at the New Haven Regional Children’s Probate Court under the Honorable Frank J. Forgione, and later at the Milford-Orange Probate Court under the Honorable Beverly J. Streit-Kefalas.
