Jennifer is an experienced bankruptcy attorney who specializes in navigating complex foreclosure and bankruptcy cases. Serving clients throughout Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Maine, Vermont and New Hampshire, Jennifer represents creditors in both foreclosure and bankruptcy proceedings and has extensive experience in end-to-end default matters.
In addition to her bankruptcy and foreclosure work, Jennifer is experienced in handling collections, evictions and title actions, and has a proven track record in contested litigation, including cases in Bankruptcy Courts and Appeals Courts up to the First Circuit Court of Appeals.
Jennifer’s broad legal experience also includes civil litigation in creditor’s rights, quiet titles and evictions.
