No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will also not be shared with any third parties. We use this information solely to respond to and process the request. Any information provided by you is used solely for the purpose provided, unless you agree in advance upon request to additional use (e.g., if you request information about a particular practice area, you may be asked if you would like to be added to the firm’s mailing list or email list in order to receive newsletters or memos of interest). Our server records domain names, including a client’s host name and user name, solely for internal purposes intended to improve the user’s experience. This aggregate data allows our staff to measure the number of visitors to the different sections of the website, and to make the website more useful to visitors. We do not disclose this information to third parties or permit third parties to set and access “cookies” on your computer through our site. We have reasonable security measures in place with the goal of protecting against the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control.
