Paul is an experienced civil litigator and trial attorney who regularly advocates for clients before Connecticut state courts in the areas of banking and finance, torts and premises liability defense, trusts and estates, and non-profit law.
Paul provides high production default and legal services to financial and banking institutions, management and reporting for portfolio accounts, and rapid resolution of commercial issues. He has handled a number of matters torts and premises litigation matters related to construction sites and retail locations. Paul’s experience in representing individuals and families includes over five thousand residential closings, five hundred wills/elder care plans, and estates throughout Connecticut’s probate courts. He has also acted as counselor and corporation counsel for numerous Non-Profit Organizations including civic corporations and IRS recognized 501 (c)(3) charities.
