Edward D. Shoulkin is a skilled trial and appellate attorney with 37 years of experience handling a broad range of complex litigation matters. He represents multinational corporations, small businesses, and individuals in business disputes, construction litigation, product liability, premises liability, environmental litigation, transportation cases, insurance coverage and bad faith matters.

Ed has particular expertise in defending professionals in civil disputes and disciplinary proceedings, including accountants, real estate brokers, engineers, healthcare providers, insurance agents, attorneys, property managers, and other licensed professionals.

In his work on behalf of insurers and insureds, Ed provides coverage analysis and advice regarding insurance claims and policies and both defends and prosecutes claims on behalf of his clients. His practice includes both first-party and third-party policy issues.
