Shylah Maloney has been named a “Phenom Under 40” by the CLM Alliance (Claims and Litigation Management Alliance). The award recognizes young legal professionals under 40 who are accomplished, innovative and outstandingly talented. Only five CLM member attorneys and five fellows were named to the list.
At the CLM Alliance Shylah has been a leader within the Massachusetts chapter and serves as vice president. In her career, Shylah has achieved success through various facets of her litigation work. She focuses her practice on medical malpractice defense, health care law, default law concerning foreclosure/eviction/bankruptcy on behalf of creditors, family law and insurance defense. Shylah also represents medical and nursing professionals before state licensing boards. She is most proud, however, of her pro bono work. Since 2017, Shylah has volunteered with a non-profit that provides housing eviction protection for local tenants. Her pro bono work led to her being named to the Pro Bono Honor Roll by the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court every year since 2019.
