On Tuesday, May 15, 2018, Kevin M. Hensley will be co-presenting a live webcast, “Drafting Winning Motions in a Civil Lawsuit” at Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education (MCLE).
This seminar combines lectures aimed at the strategic, written, and oral aspects of motion practice with the perspectives from both expert trial practitioners and the bench.
