BOSTON (July 19, 2011) – Pamela S. Gilman has been named a Top Woman of Law by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly.
Chosen for her outstanding professional accomplishments, Pam and the other 2011 honorees will be celebrated at The Top Women of Law awards event on Sept. 23, 2011 at the Hynes Convention Center in Boston.
Pam is one of the most accomplished trial lawyers in Massachusetts, having tried and won over 40 cases in her distinguished career, including medical malpractice, personal injury, premises liability, products liability and business disputes. In addition to her busy trial practice, Pam serves as administrative partner for the Boston office of Barton Gilman. She first served in this role at the firm in 1995, making her one of the first women to ascend to managing partner of a Massachusetts law firm. Pam is one of the four founding partners of the firm.
Pam maintains a consulting practice assisting other lawyers in preparing witnesses to present most effectively at depositions and trial, and she regularly serves as a consultant to physician groups, hospitals, and medical malpractice carriers concerning risk management matters.
